Using CNC and PNC spinning lathes we transform sheet material up to 4250mm in diameter and 40mm thick, via the metal spinning process into rotationally symmetrical components. We offer a wide range of materials from mild steel through to exotics such as Titanium, Inconel and Tantalum. Our in-house manufacturing facilities, including CNC machining, water jet cutting, robotic polishing and fabrication, provide a one-stop-shop in the manufacture of complex components and sub-assemblies. Quality assured to ISO 9001:2008 we utilise FARO 7-axis CMM measurement technology setting the highest standards of product dimensional accuracy.
