Metal Spinning

In our manufacturing facilities Metal Spinners Group operates 24 CNC/PNC controlled metal spinning machines, including two of the largest machines in the world. Using CNC/PNC spinning lathes we spin material blanks from: 50mm diameter through to 4250mm diameter, and material thicknesses from: 0.9mm through to 40mm, dependant on material type and product geometry. In addition to metal spinning we offer a range of supporting ancillary processes including: waterjet cutting, robotic polishing, hi-definition plasma cutting, CNC milling/drilling, MiG/TiG welding, mechanical & Lagan deep draw presses up to 600t capacity. These additional processes enable Metal Spinners Group to supply basic metal forming through to a high-level sub assembly. This allows us to provide the broadest range of manufacturing capabilities to meet your product needs.
