Metal Spinners Group is committed to the principles of training and developing in line with the current and future needs of the business, succession planning and to promote the engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

The company aims to ensure that all employees are in possession firstly of the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to perform their job to a satisfactory standard, and then to develop their capabilities, thus contributing further.

Training and development needs are identified through the company appraisal system.  Employees will be encouraged to participate in a wide range of internal and external training that aims to support the achievement of business objectives and the personal development of the individual.

Further education may form part of the training required to enable an employee to fulfil their role to the required standard.  Where appropriate Metal Spinners Group may fund such professional development.
